Responsibility
- communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure the well-being of each child
- manage daily routines, including meals, nap times, and play sessions, ensuring a structured yet child led environment
- observe children's progress, maintaining accurate records to support their development
- lead by example, model excellent childcare practices and encouraging teamwork among staff members
- ensure the nursery is clean, safe, and organized at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations
- provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting., with the addition of an after-school club for children aged 5 Years to 11 years
