- assist in the production and preparation of a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts

- expected to work 5 days per week including Sundays
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements
- previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen is essential, familiarity with slow fermentation bread & viennoiserie is preferred
- familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- baking: 1 year
