Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • managing a team of approximately 8-12 employees across two separate business
  • organising and managing shift rotas, within working time regulations & budget
  • dealing with customer enquiries face to face, by telephone and via email
  • stock management and ordering
  • recruitment and training of new team members
  • carrying out annual appraisals / disciplinary meetings
  • taking food & drinks orders
  • cold Kitchen food / meal preparation within the cafe environment

Requirements

  • previous Management experience within food/leisure/retail/hospitality is essential
  • exceptional customer service skills / complaint handling experience
  • enthusiastic about working in a child centred environment
  • cash handling experience
  • shift planning experience
  • works well under pressure
  • displays ability to use own initiative
  • responsible and reliable
