Responsibility
- 26. To perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the Pre-School Manager
- daily fire escape route checks
- ensure security of the children and premises are upheld
- to manage the Pre-School and undertake all the necessary duties in the absence of the Pre-School Manager. This includes ensuring that the following policies and procedures are upheld
- to supervise volunteers, students on placements and work experience in the Pre-School
- 11. To share any child protection concerns immediately with the Pre-School Manager
- to provide inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children attending the Pre-School and maintain a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment for children
- to contribute to the key person system and to assist with the supervision of staff on a daily basis; to assist with monitoring the quality of teaching; to participate in staff appraisals and to assist with identifying in-service training needs
