Responsibility
- we will consider a nursery nurse or nursery assistant for this role
- 24 hours over 3 days, days to be confirmed with the right person
- provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
- monitor children's well-being, including their physical, emotional, and social development
- collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
Requirements
- previous experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other nursery staff members
- patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- first Aid and CPR certification
- ability to pass a background DBS check
- nursery: 1 year
- nursery experience: 1 year
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
