Responsibility

  • we are currently looking to recruit a Room Leader for our Toddler room, the ideal candidate must hold a Level 3 in childcare or higher and have experience in a nursery environment and be committed to providing high levels of care and education
  • are you already a room leader or have supervisory experience and would like to take a step higher ?
  • the role will require the applicant to be confident to support with training and delegate to their team to ensure the smooth running of the room along with excellent EYFS knowledge to ensure that the children learn and develop to their full potential
