Responsibility

  • promoting and building strong parent partnerships to provide cohesive learning for the children
  • the responsibility of health, safety, security and wellbeing of children, staff and visitors is upheld
  • overall responsibility for the safety, security and well-being of all children, staff and visitors at all times
  • act as the Designated Safeguarding Person within the setting, dealing with and supporting any issues as they arise
  • to lead the nursery to reach an Outstanding grading with Ofsted
  • the overall responsibility for the effective daily management of the Nursery, to have a sound knowledge of all Company Policies, Procedures, Statutory Welfare Requirements and Ofsted expectations and ensure that these are maintained at all times
  • to contribute to a rigorous action plan that supports the development of the nursery
  • fully responsible for maximising the number of children on roll
