Responsibility

  • supervising other staff members who are working, ensuring they are following procedures
  • to open and close the centre in line with policies and procedures
  • to prepare food orders in a busy kitchen
  • to follow good hygiene procedures and complete relevant paperwork
  • taking food orders out to customers
  • interacting with both Adults and Children
  • shopping and stock control
  • to carry out regular checks around the centre, tidying, cleaning and organising the resources and facilities to maintain a safe working environment
