Responsibility
- term Time Only Manager
- must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a manager with a minimum qualification of Level 3 in Childcare
- little Learners Nurseries is a small chain of 4 Pre-Schools based in Enfield which are open term time only, Monday – Friday, 9.00 - 3.30. 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
- we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic room-based Manager to join our team. You must have a strong understanding of the EYFS, committed to safeguarding and promoting good practice
- you will be managing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, leading and embedding the nursery ethos through everyday practice while maintaining high standards

Requirements
- strong leadership skills
- relevant childcare qualification
- minimum 5 year’s experience working with children
- good Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted and Welfare Requirements
