Responsibility

  • we are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Deputy manager to assist with the running of our busy setting in Ipswich
  • we are a small family run business with 3 settings that follow The Curiosity Approach
  • key skills and Experience
  • at least a relevant level 3 qualification or above
  • at least 2 years experience in Early Years
  • excellent knowledge of the EYFS
  • be able to coach, mentor and be an inspirational role model to all staff and children and their families
