Responsibility
- lead and inspire the front-of-house ensemble - servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders - with a conductor's finesse, fostering exceptional guest experiences
- monitor the quality of service, address guest concerns, and infuse every dining experience with enchantment
- oversee daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures
- develop and implement training programs to transform ordinary staff into extraordinary performers
- partner with the General Manager to optimize revenue streams, control costs, and drive financial success
- ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverage offerings, maintaining impeccable service standards
- maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements
- manage inventory, procurement, and stock rotation to support seamless operations
