Responsibility
lead and inspire the front-of-house ensemble - servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders - with a conductor's finesse, fostering exceptional guest experiences
monitor the quality of service, address guest concerns, and infuse every dining experience with enchantment
oversee daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures
develop and implement training programs to transform ordinary staff into extraordinary performers
partner with the General Manager to optimize revenue streams, control costs, and drive financial success
ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverage offerings, maintaining impeccable service standards
maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements
manage inventory, procurement, and stock rotation to support seamless operations
