- given the summer season is rapidly approaching, we are looking to increase our staff levels to continue to provide our high levels of service
Requirements
- experience of successfully running a bar within the hotel/pub sector
- friendly, trustworthy, and attentive to customer needs
- personal license
- running and working alongside a team of front of house staff covering both drink and food service
- taking calls and answering emails for table, party and hotel room reservations
- health and Hygiene Level 2
- stock and cellar management
- intuitive and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
