- completing property maintenance checks
- reconciling rental payments from tenants and chasing any rent arrears
Requirements

- previous experience in property management or lettings is desirable

- great customer service and communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- comfortable to work autonomously
- skills using MS Office
- driving license and own vehicle
