  • to manage staff supervisions & performance appraisals, identifying training needs
  • supporting and directing staff in the room and ensuring adult/child ratios are met
  • observing children and managing their learning and development records
  • to work with EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors
  • working as a keyworker reviewing, maintaining and updating records for each child
  • to build positive relationships parents and careers
  • to work closely with the nursery manager and ensure the nursery is a safe, secure environment for children to learn and grow
  • working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding, Health & Safety
