west Chiltington Nursery in Pulborough/West Chiltington seeking a Nursery Manager to join our team, working on a full-time capacity with a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare - You must be a good communicator both written and verbal, be self motivated and a team player
you must have an excellent knowledge of the Early Years Framework, planning, tracking, Key Worker systems and files and also be well presented
as the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and providing exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 in a nurturing and stimulating environment
to ensure the EYFS is promoted and delivered to a high standard within the setting and the principles adhered to
to keep yourself informed and educated on new legislation and changes in childcare practices and attend any training as required
to effectively manage the day to day running of the nursery following all policies and procedures and ensure that staff adhere to these policies at all times
