Responsibility

  • collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create high-quality dishes for our seasonal menu changes
  • oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • manage your kitchen, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
  • maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to guidelines
  • train and mentor kitchen team members on culinary techniques and best practices
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures
  • be the heart of our kitchen team, teach, mentor & coach junior team members
  • this role would be perfect for a current Head chef or experienced Sous Chef looking to join an expanding company with real opportunities for both personal & career growth

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar fresh food operation
  • strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management
  • leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise kitchen staff effectively
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • head/Sous Chef: 2 years
