Responsibility
collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create high-quality dishes for our seasonal menu changes
oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
manage your kitchen, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to guidelines
train and mentor kitchen team members on culinary techniques and best practices
ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures
be the heart of our kitchen team, teach, mentor & coach junior team members
this role would be perfect for a current Head chef or experienced Sous Chef looking to join an expanding company with real opportunities for both personal & career growth
Requirements
proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar fresh food operation
strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management
leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise kitchen staff effectively
excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues
ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
