- \* Provide high quality care for all children within the Busy Bug room
- \* Communicating daily with the parents / carers of children in our care, ensuring all communication is professional, friendly and thorough
- \* Ensuring that the room is stimulating, well equipped and covers all areas of learning
- \* Providing a variety of educational opportunities for children targeted towards their individual needs and interests
- \* Putting together activities for the children throughout their day, using in the moment planning and child-initiated learning
- \* Using our parent app, Blossom, to provide parents with in-depth and accurate diary entries regarding their child’s day with us
- \* Ensure the room complies to all areas of the EYFS framework, to provide childcare and education at no less than an outstanding standard
- \* Communicate well with members of the Little Acorns Childcare team and external professionals when necessary
