- customer communication attending virtual and on-site meetings as needed with video on for remote calls

- lithe are seeking Graduate Software Engineers to join our highly talented and committed team
- using DevOps to record all work, estimate and time spent
- following all shared best practice and Lithe development standards
- training, team-working projects, and regular visits to our Glasgow office will be part of the role
- following Lithe ISO standards and procedures and secure development practices as shared during onboarding and at regular intervals
Requirements
- you must be self-motivated and able to work well both individually and as part of a team
- you must also have a positive “can do” pragmatic attitude to fit into our highly skilled team and have the same passion and drive that we have towards our clients and the solutions we provide for them
- you must have a good understanding of software engineering principals and lifecycles with particular focus on agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have some programming experience in any language however, C# or SQL is preferred
- the role requires occasional on-site time with customers which will be done in a COVID secure way. Also expectation of being in the Glasgow and Derry offices to meet team members at least once per month in line with our safe COVID working plan
