Responsibility
provide first line technical support for our users at multiple sites
log and resolve issues in a timely manner, coordinating with our 3rd party support company as required
manage our software license agreements and renewals
maintaining and managing our inventory of PC’s, laptops, mobile phones and other IT equipment, sourcing replacement equipment as required
assisting with the development of reports and exports within our applications
overseeing customisations within Business Central
onboarding of new employees, ensuring they are equipped with appropriate hardware, software and basic IT training
general administration of Office 365, Azure active directory and Business Central, including permissions and access rights to all applications and SharePoint file storage
Requirements
must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK
experience in administration and customisation of Business Central
understanding of configuring, supporting and troubleshooting windows desktop operating systems
experience in data extraction, analysis and reporting using a variety of tools including Microsoft Power BI
diagnostic skills in relation to technical issues related to end-user hardware, software and network devices
advanced programming skills
ability to provide support using remote tools
ICT Level 2 qualification or equivalent
