Responsibility
- perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments
- develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- provide expert advice on beauty treatments and products to clients
- conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual skin types
- manage the day-to-day operations of the beauty salon, including stock management, appointment scheduling, and client bookings
- keep up to date with industry trends and new products to ensure a competitive edge in the market
- adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and hygienic salon environment
- manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy
- proven experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist with a minimum of 1 years' experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven track record of building client relationships
- high level of attention to detail and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of relevant health and safety guidelines and regulations
- flexibility to work Saturdays, with one day off in the week
