Responsibility
- the candidate must have previous experience of managing a Domiciliary Care service and should have network experience with placement authorities
- efficiently manage the day-to-day delivery of the domiciliary care service
- the Registered Manager will provide responsive and flexible support to our team and develop the domiciliary care services
- responsible for the safe delivery and accurate recording of care in line with legislation, the CQC, and our Company policies
- manage all staff team and provide support where needed
- effectively communicate information and instructions on services to staff and clients
- manage and update Company policies in collaboration with senior management
- keep up to date with best practice in social care and apply this knowledge to your work

Requirements
- willingness to work flexibly and to keep knowledge and skills up to date
- full driving licence with no more than three points
- administrative skills and computer literacy with strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service
- supporting and supervising staff
- ability to plan, organise and prioritise your workload and your team’s workload effectively to meet deadlines
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent, or be willing to work towards a relevant management qualification
- experience of working collaboratively as part of a team
