Requirements

  • customer service experience
  • basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify and Linnworks
  • to be able to manage a busy email inbox
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibility

  • being the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, customer messages and in person orders
  • answering customer queries, dealing with product issues and questions
  • reviewing and responding to customer feedback on eCommerce platforms
  • organising customer returns and replacements
  • printing invoices and postage labels for online orders
  • booking, managing, and tracking deliveries with parcel and pallet courier services
  • submitting and monitoring claims for lost or damaged parcels
