- being the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, customer messages and in person orders
- answering customer queries, dealing with product issues and questions
- reviewing and responding to customer feedback on eCommerce platforms
- organising customer returns and replacements
- printing invoices and postage labels for online orders
- booking, managing, and tracking deliveries with parcel and pallet courier services
- submitting and monitoring claims for lost or damaged parcels
