Responsibility
supporting the Senior team leader and the smooth operation of all Customer service areas above
to maintain and follow our SOP's and RA's and H and S guidelines at all times
assist and attend any in-house training required, mentoring new team members of safety, company standards and duties
manages team members in duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary and reporting team strengths and weaknesses to management
motivates, guides and mentors staff members to exceed goals and create a positive environment during shifts
ensuring all stock areas are presented and replenished in the pro retail shop and kiosk to maximize sales and profit
responsible for cashing up, investigating any discrepancies and reporting
ensuring opening and closing checks are being followed correctly and in a timely manner reporting any maintenance issues to Senior management immediately
Requirements
experience in working in a Retail/pro shop would be preferable but not essential
experience in managing good and poor performance of direct reports and staff
excellent Customer service skills, Strong Communication Skills, Positive Attitude and
customer service: 1 year
retail sales: 1 year
management: 1 year
