- the team are responsible for providing a friendly, efficient and caring service and are the first point of contact for incoming enquiries from referring veterinary surgeons and clients
- the role will involve a great deal of time on the telephone and candidates must have an excellent telephone manner and an exemplary attitude to customer service combined with the ability to stay calm under pressure
