- our Tuition Team is key to the success of our education company
- creating bespoke tuition timetables for home/online tuition as well as revision courses at our premises
- being the first point of contact for new and existing clients and tutors. Manage the ongoing relationship with our close network of discerning clients and experienced tutors
- maintaining close relationships with tutors, to keep up to date with their availability and areas of teaching expertise
- having taken time to understand our clients’ needs, offer bespoke solutions from our range of services from private tuition programmes to educational consultancy
- providing an exemplary customer experience by ensuring that client enquiries are answered efficiently and professionally
- match and select the most suitable tutors based on a client’s specific and varying requirements and create bespoke programmes to meet their needs
- building relationships with existing stakeholders; including referrers, schools, education consultants and concierge companies
