Responsibility

  • monitor and evaluate the company's compliance with established policies and procedures and recommend and implement improvements as needed
  • develop and conduct compliance training programs for employees
  • perform risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance vulnerability and recommend corrective action plans
  • investigate and respond to compliance concerns, questions, and complaints from employees, customers, and regulatory agencies
  • develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, and ensure they are communicated effectively to all employees
  • coordinate and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a focus on ISO9001, ISO14001, FSC, and BRCGS
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective compliance across the organization
