Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with Finance Systems with a minimum of 2 years with Workday Finance
- experience in administering, configuring, and optimizing ERP finance systems
- familiarity with finance systems project methodologies and processes
- solid understanding of financial systems and the associated finance/business workflows
- proficiency in conducting both functional and technical testing
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Responsibility
- collaborate with a newly formed team focused on configuring and optimizing the Workday Finance system across the organization
- manage the daily operations of the Workday system, providing support to finance users
- develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations
- administer and ensure the proper maintenance of the Workday Finance module
- support the implementation of configuration changes, evaluate new system features, and assist with their deployment
- provide both technical and functional support for finance and business processes facilitated by Workday
- work closely with IT and Finance teams to understand their requirements and address challenges effectively
- create and deliver documentation to promote the successful adoption of system updates
