Responsibility
- servicing, maintenance, and repairs of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and fire detection systems
- diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimise downtime and enhance system performance
- collaborate with customers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines
- perform system upgrades and enhancements, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring their understanding and optimal utilisation of our security systems
Requirements
- strong technical expertise in security systems, including experience with access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and fire detection systems
- proficient knowledge of networking protocols, IP addressing, and IT infrastructure
- excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot effectively
- solid understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the security industry
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- systems engineering: 1 year
- security/fire systems maintenace: 2 years
