- performing preventative and corrective maintenance on all ICT equipment
Requirements
- strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks
- azure Compute, including Azure Virtual Desktop
- windows Server Services, including but not limited to Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, RDS, and network printing
- web Filtering - Smoothwall
- virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V or VMWare
- working in education
- MDM solutions such as Meraki, Intune or Lightspeed
- print management software e.g. Papercut
