  • property maintenance including organising repairs and tenant dilapidations
  • general office administration and support

Requirements

  • being able to work independently with good organisational skills
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • to be able to communicate confidently with tenants, contractors and suppliers
  • have good numeracy and IT knowledge
  • preferably with property management experience
  • full driving licence required
