Responsibility

  • this role involves recruiting, Interviewing and Inducting competent candidates through the recruitment process
  • also ensuring potential candidates are compliant before they go into work
  • as a Recruitment and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for
  • building and maintaining client relationships with the aim of growing gross margin
  • managing existing clients and sourcing new ones
  • proactively filling qualified nursing shifts within your geographical area
  • forwarding healthcare staff into appropriate temporary shifts, taking full and accurate vacancy details from clients, and liaising with candidates to fill bookings
  • you must also be able to match candidate skills to job roles, and also build strong relationships with both candidates and clients

Requirements

  • volume recruitment experience would be desirable
