- \* Operate a key worker system
- \* Be responsible for all the children in the room
- to contribute to the creation of a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children
- \* Make sure the children are in a safe environment and that all their needs and requirements are met
- to be aware of Lilypads Daycare nursery policies and procedures and ensure these are adhered to
- \* Work on a shift rota basis
- to be responsible for the welfare of all children
- \* Be punctual and smartly dressed according to the uniform policy. Attend all staff meetings on a monthly basis
