  • managing your event staff and wedding assistants and delegating their responsibilities
  • attending a site and venue visit with the Senior Wedding & Event Planner before the event
  • lily Jones Events is looking to recruit an experienced wedding and event coordinator to join our small team coordinating weddings and events from planner handover to implementation
  • liaising and building good relationships with venues. Scouting opportunities to become venues’ recommended wedding coordinator
