Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • ensure that the home is kept visually in good order
  • ensure all maintenance checks which includes medical equipment and safety checks are carried out in accordance with established procedures
  • report any maintenance issues to the Manager
  • ensuring routine maintenance is completed in a timely manner
  • regular carpet cleaning of communal areas and bedrooms
  • taking deliveries, unpacking and keeping stock control
  • plumbing as required including sinks, toilets, drains, washing machines
  • check all electrical items meet PAT testing requirements or supervise external professional
