Responsibility

  • managing change and improvement projects
  • operating and delivering process improvements on a semi-automatic production line
  • hands-on, end to end Project Management, developing new enquiries from Customer Liaison through to production of low volume components
  • development of comprehensive Total Productive Maintenance checks and schedules in respect of introducing new processes

Requirements

  • you should have industry experience in surface finishing or similar process-driven industry
  • you have proven experience of getting results and of getting projects up and running under your own initiative
  • you are passionate about doing meticulous work and truly enjoy solving challenging technical issues
  • you have proven ability to generate, analyse, and use data to drive recommendations
  • you have CAD competence in either 2D or 3D, and proven record of reading technical drawings Project management experience
  • LEAN / Six Sigma training and relevant qualification is highly desirable
  • must be a good listener and communicator
  • must be able to work well on your own, capable of taking good decisions to move projects forward
