- we are looking for someone to join our highly motivated and passionate Customer Experience Team
- although training will be provided it will be of advantage to have previous customer service experience

Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- A passion for delivering high-quality work and having a real sense of pride and care in what they do
- good communication skills and keenness to engage with the wider business
- an ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities without losing focus on detail
- customer Service Experience via email/phone
- A strong work ethic and a positive approach to learning
- accurate typing skills
- A proven ability to self-motivate and fully commit to any task undertaken
- willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
