  • further assistance with administration will be required, updating information on Sage and internal systems
  • working closely within a small team the successful applicant will not only love helping and advising customers but have a willingness to learn about our on-line retail business and what makes it successful
  • primarily the candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their orders providing advice on status and resolving any issues such as courier delays, wrong picks or damaged items
