Responsibility

  • this is a hybrid role, also functioning as an Executive Assistant to help our co-founders manage their day-to-day operations
  • at Light Garden we're building Existent®, a software platform that will transform the VR sector. With Existent® you can reach out and physically interact with objects that look, feel and behave as if they were real
  • the Role
  • take the lead as we facilitate a move from our existing studio to a much bigger one nearby
  • whether it's being handed a real space cocktail, high-fiving a robot, or discovering a magic crown in a treasure chest, we're solving complex problems to unleash the full extent of people's creative imagination. And we're just getting started
  • in recent months we've grown the team considerably, and are ready to hire our first Office Manager/Executive Assistant. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking for the ability to shape the entire experience of Light Garden going forward
  • working closely with the leadership team, you'll be an integral part of ensuring our West London Studio runs smoothly and represents our values accurately
