Requirements

  • NVQ Level 4 Qualification in an Automotive Context is essential
  • you must have knowledge of quality systems and measurement
  • you must have Lean Manufacturing knowledge
  • you must be able to read and understand engineering drawings
  • ability to present data effectively
  • quality Engineering: 1 year
  • you must have a strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning , Production Part Approval Process , Failure Mode and Effect Analysis

Responsibility

  • you will be monitoring and reporting on quality-related key performance indicators including scrap monitoring and rework levels
  • you will ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system, including auditing where appropriate
  • you will contribute to and lead continuous improvement activities
