Responsibility
- an outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Area Manager to join and help support our offices across Kent
- you will ensure that company standards are upheld across the region that the processes are being followed
- A full driving license and the ability to travel and stay away overnight when required is essential
- must have experience in Healthcare and you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- provide focus and support, ensuring appropriate compliance to standards, reporting and service delivery
- interpret information in support of regional performance against quality indicators. Make suitable recommendations to address areas of concern
- carry out investigations to complaints and safeguarding referrals
- support the Registered Managers in the effective marketing plans and undertaking competitor analysis
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience of leadership and management in a regional capacity, ideally within the independent sector
- the ability to identify and solve complex problems
- deliver exceptional standards of care
- you will be passionate and motivated and want to make a difference wherever you are supporting
