- retaining our clients by providing world class customer service, surprise & delight and making the centre a warm and welcome enviroment
- improving service criteria, the best possible client journey and measurable standards for your role
- nurturing these enquiries who truly need and want our service to solve their challenges and pains
- booking, scheduling, allocating and taking payments for active clients for their recommended care schedules
- sales prospecting; making a high volume of outgoing calls to hot leads that have enquired about us to allow us to identify good-fit clients for our business with timely follow up
- taking inbound calls, identifying good-fit clients for our business and booking, scheduling, allocating and taking payments from all new clients for their 1st and 2nd appointments
Requirements
- confident, can do attitude positive outlook on life
- shifts between Monday - Friday 7.30am - 7.30pm with occasional Saturdays for events
- put your love of people, communication skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, phone manner and passion for great service to use
- administration, organization skills and a high attention to detail
- present as an honest, loyal and trustworthy character who is flexible, professional, a team player and committed to holding high standards
- punctual, reliable and exceptional customer service
