Responsibility
- manage daily operations
- oversee multiple personnel
- ensure that all Health and Safety Regulations are complied with in accordance with Liberty policies, procedures and practices and ensure any appropriate remedial action is taken
- reporting to : Director of Care Services
- ensure a robust governance system is in operation which ensures the service delivery is regularly audited and any actions identified are completed in a timely manner
- to be prepared to deal with emergencies and to take appropriate action in a timely manner including making a situation safe, reporting safeguarding allegations or incidents to the relevant authorities including the submission of CQC notifications
Requirements
- strong leadership skills
- to ensure that professional practice is carried out to the highest standards and developed in line with the Company stated objectives of continual improvement in quality of service to the service users in our care and external professionals
- to establish and manage the team communications systems ensuring that the Company procedures, policies, strategies and objectives are effectively communicated to all team members
