- working in a wider enterprise architecture, lead the design and delivery of solutions and systems in line with the Well-Architected framework
- contribute to the enterprise architectural vision and strategy. Lead the architectural strategy and vision for your engineering groups
- lead and work on complex feature sets, creating code across a range of languages and utilising a variety of technologies
- own your teams engineering and testing approaches with a focus on
- high performing engineering standards and engineering excellence reviews
- ensuring your teams implement an efficient and suitable testing strategy
- the correct use of patterns and languages across your teams
Requirements
- have developed solutions using a variety of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript and/or Python
- have worked with a wider range of software, devops and cloud technologies, with deep experience in creating APIs and microservices
- experience in working with and promoting a product mindset
- A minimum of seven years, software development experience in a commercial environment
- knowledge of and exposure to coaching frameworks
- experience in providing technical leadership to software development teams in the delivery of systems or solutions at scale
- experience in implementing the Well-Architected framework when designing and delivering systems and results
- in-depth knowledge and experience in agile software delivery and of DevOps as part of the SDLC
