Responsibility
- assist in the day-to-day running of the service and in all matters regarding the service users’ daily lives
- work as a part of a staff team in a constructive and supportive manner
- supervise the work of support/senior/relief staff
- discuss issues arising from the above with the Team Leader and Domiciliary Manager as necessary
- work within and produce a flexible rota system adapted to meet the need of the service
- carry responsibility for the service, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained as a senior employee, adhering to all requirements and regulations within the Social Services and Wellbeing Act 2016
- identify and rectify and omissions in medication and correct procedures are followed
- identifying training needs, producing training matrix, sourcing appropriate training and delivering where necessary
