Responsibility

  • monitor customer accounts and ensure payments are received on time
  • liaise with customers to resolve any payment issues or invoice queries
  • follow up on overdue payments
  • ensure customer accounts are up to date and accurate
  • maintain records of customer payments and contact details
  • provide regular reports on overdue accounts
  • ad-hoc duties as and when required by Management to meet the business needs
