- this is a very rewarding role, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people
- liberte Healthcare are recruiting Residential Childcare Workers to support within group homes and solo placements, supporting children and young people who experience social and emotional challenges and those at risk of CSE
Requirements
- compassionate and caring nature
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- must have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children and young people
- must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to complete a DBS check
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- must be willing to complete our training or hold relevant, in date care certificates
- patience and understanding
