  • strong client communication, this will be face to face, over the phone and by email
  • liaise with the accountants, product providers, and other parties
  • essential part of the client journey, onboarding new and existing clients. You will be client focused, service is essential. You will go above and beyond for a client outcome to ensure they are happy
  • high standard of numerical skills
