Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will have robust knowledge of the EYFS, strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • LFN is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to assist in leading an enthusiastic and passionate team at our Ofsted graded 'OUTSTANDING' Nursery registered for 60 children
  • the individual must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude towards working with children, and be ready to lead and manage team of 6 staff

Education

  • diploma of Higher Education

Requirements

  • at least NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare
  • occupancy related bonus targets
  • an equivalent or higher management qualification and/or a further qualification in Childcare
  • pension Scheme
  • at least one year experience as a Nursery Deputy Manager or similar role in an early years setting
  • opportunities for promotion
  • competent in using FAMLY software
  • continuous and Funded CPD
