for a team of fee earners, you will be required to provide secretarial support and assistance including but not limited to data input, answering and directing telephone calls and inquiries, diary management to include booking of appointments, conferences, prison visits, cases with chambers and court hearings, ensuring all fee earners are aware of their appointments, opening of files, monitoring of all files in and out of the firm, ensuring all new matters are registered on the firm's case management system, audio typing , photocopying, faxing, printing, , liaising with and answering queries from contractors and agents who supply services to the firm
you will find yourself working in a collaborative, supportive but frequently busy environment where an ability to communicate, remain calm and employ both common sense and a good sense of humor are paramount
