  • the group of companies is responsible for the Property Management in excess of 2000 properties on behalf of clients/landlords within all sectors. This encompasses an approximate rent roll of £18 million and circa 3000 tenancies across the UK
  • we are fronted by regional office in various locations across under numerous brands, across the UK in areas including Wolverhampton, Liverpool, Norfolk, Leeds, Coventry, Newcastle, Warrington, North Wales and London however our tenancy management and client accountant is delivered from our central team here in the midlands

Responsibility

  • once a valuation or meeting is booked, you will attend, and be trained on how to assess the property for sales or lettings, and then guide the landlords and vendors through the process of taking the property to market or taking over an existing tenancy
  • you will be rewarded for the instructions of properties for sale and to let that you generate, for the acquisition of new landlord clients and for agreeing off market buy-to-let deals with clients
  • experience of listing is not necessary, but customer sales experience is, we can train the rest
